MHL introduces new technologies and treatments to patients and we strive to give a fair and balanced view, to promote informed decisions. Since it is essential that doctors also understand the benefits and limitations we offer them additional technical resources. Although many patients may not read these, they are nonetheless open to all.

The internet also allows us to offer regular on-line training from specialists at the centres that we represent and discussions on the new treatment possibilities. Doctors may have read of treatments as ‘experimental’ but not be aware of areas where they are now firmly established. This service allows doctors to question fellow professionals before referring patients.
